Thanks David,<br><br>The link they provided to reset my AppleId was also incorrect. &nbsp;The link provided would not link to the correct Apple location which is in iTunes. &nbsp;Very strange. &nbsp; &nbsp;But what I was wondering is what business service does Tsys provide? &nbsp;They need my business code numbers and name of my company to assist me with my account. &nbsp;Neither of these has ever existed. &nbsp;Which is why I don't understand the1Password entry in my Mac to access Tsys? &nbsp;The 1Password entry is from 2018. &nbsp;In addition to me even the crooks are getting confused. &nbsp; &nbsp;<br><br>Howie
