VCSA is lying to me about HA heartbeat datastores

Aloha,
I have a three host cluster all 6.7 3g. All three hosts have access to 2 datastores. Yet on one of my hosts I get the warning "The number of vSphere HA heartbeat datastores for this host is 1, which is less than required: 2". I go to that host and on the summery tab it says 2 datastores. I go the datastore tab and i can browse both datastores. I go to cluster settings and it says one of the datastores is only mounted on 2 of the 3 hosts.
