Microsoft Spotlight picture does not change

Played around with this and put the resetting Spotlight settings in the middle. But no progress.

from what you posted "reinstalling Windows 10. Looked OK until computer was added to the domain " it suggests the domain is the cause - maybe a GPO ?or is there some specific software on this pc?

If a domain GPO was involved I would expect it to effect all computers. In this case, more than one computer is not showing the issue.
The only software on the computer at the failure was Office 2016.
Running the Msconfig with all non-Microsoft programs off did not help.

Yes, logging in with another account gives the same problem.
best ask for more help - i'm out of ideas

The Spotlight picture changed this morning? I read the picture was supposed to change after 24hours. Seems the picture took 48 hours. Will keep checking.

I reinstalled Windows 10 to fix the Microsoft Spotlight problem.
