Lenovo Laptop Hangs on Reboot

I am running Windows 10 on my fairly new Lenovo P71 Laptop.  All of a sudden I started having a problem whenever I reboot my computer.  The computer hangs during startup at the “Lenovo” screen.  Regardless of how many times I try to reboot it hangs up.  It seems as though the only way to get the computer to reboot is to first manually turn it all the way off with the on/off button, and then unplug the two USB hubs.  This is a huge annoyance, and has never been a problem until recently.  Please advise.  Thanks, Phil
