Outlook 2016 is unable to find email profile after exchange migration to office 365 as owa is working

I did migration from exchange to office 365 as owa is working but when I setup outlook  2016 and entering email ia count it keeps searching and ends with error that unable to find email account ?

Hi,
Did you try to configure new Outlook profile?
And today there is some issue from Microsoft it seems.

Try manual configuration if you are using Outlook 2013.

Outlook2016 and 2019 doesnt support manual configuration.

Thanks for answers
It didnot find email account to ask for password it ends with error as this is another issue
As I cannot force users to use old outlook 2013 for manual configuration 
Waiting for other solutions related to discovery of email accounts in outlook 2016?.
Did you update autodiscover?
