Azure AD Connect Sync error

After restoring a AAD Connect server from backup it behaves very strange.
4 sub domains sat up to sync, to same Azure AD .
After restore it syncs 2 domains fine, but to domains it only sync password changes..

In Synchronization Service Manger it all looks good, No warnings.
In O365 Sync status is OK, and updated acordingly to auto and manual initial syncs.

Testing creating users in domain not syncing. These are not showing up in Local AD Conector space (in Synchronization Service Manger)

Have tried , restarting AD Connect service, rebooting server and at last runing AAD Connect config againg, with no luck.

Any ideas?
