PowerPoint 2016 - Create a Character Style? Not just a font

Can I create a character style in PowerPoint like I do in MS Word?  i.e.  I want a 20 point Arial with 18 pts before and 6 points after pressing RETURN.

Or is there another shortcut?

While you're aking about shortcuts, you can download a free PDF of some of the favourite ones used by our design studio peeps here: https://www.brightcarbon.com/blog/powerpoint-keyboard-shortcuts-productivity-increased/ and you'll see the two in this question over on the bottom side of the right page.
