ssis losing connections

I'm getting following error when during a daytime load.  I feel like it loses it connections.  

Error: SSIS Error Code DTS_E_OLEDBERROR.  An OLE DB error has occurred. Error code: 0x80004005.
An OLE DB record is available.  Source: "Microsoft SQL Server Native Client 11.0"  Hresult: 0x80004005  Description: "Protocol error in TDS stream".
An OLE DB record is available.  Source: "Microsoft SQL Server Native Client 11.0"  Hresult: 0x80004005  Description: "Communication link failure".
An OLE DB record is available.  Source: "Microsoft SQL Server Native Client 11.0"  Hresult: 0x80004005  Description: "TCP Provider: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.

Please have a look at suggestions from link below as this maybe caused by some networking change if it did worked before and just started to fail.

It also looks like this can be cause by some memory pressure/issue on the server where the SSIS package is running and if you have any memory monitoring trends in place please check see if this is not the case.
