Citrix XenApp 6.5 Server License acquisition error (500). Event ID 9017.
Citrix XenApp 6.5 workload server unable to access Server through RDP. Post "Citrix XenApp 6.5 Server License acquisition error (500)" popup, RDP is closing.
Please find attached screen shot and suggest the troubleshoot steps.

Hi Carl Webster , Thanks for your prompt response.
We have total 10 servers in Farm. This issue occurred to only one server. Rest 9 Servers are working fine.

And you can't call Citrix for either license support or product support.

Were the servers built from a master image or individually built?

These are Individual Build. Not from Master Image. We are using VMware Templates to build VMs.

On my XA65 server, it is HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Citrix\Licensing

Updated my Licence server details in Registry and rebooted the server. Now it's working fine.
