Cannot make all web links open with default browser (Chrome) in Windows 10

Windows 10, I have Google Chrome set as default browser, but when I click on an email to "view in browser" (my email client is Goldmine - not Outlook), it opens the email in IE rather than Chrome.

Also, clicking on a web link in an email opens IE rather than Chrome.

In Chrome, it shows itself set as the Default Browser, and also in Settings>Apps>Default Apps it shows "Web Browser - Google Chrome".

How can I make all web related pages open in Chrome?

Something in the registry?

Help is appreciated!!!

FOX - that process ultimately opens Settings>Default Apps (why couldn't MS leave Control Panel alone!!?!).

I can get to "Choose default apps by protocol" at bottom of that page, but there is no entry for simply "URL".

There are numerous entries for specific TYPES of URLs (FTP - already set to Chrome, HTTP and HTTPS - both already set to Chrome, MAILTO - set to Goldmine), and various others all set to various apps that make sense. Only ONE is set to IE - URL:MK - should I change it to Chrome?
Pardon me I was looking inside a windows 8.1 machine.
Use the link here for windows 10 and change the .url extension to open with Chrome
