Hi, I have a client that at her home office has a Widows 10 home computer and an HP Office Jet 8700 or so.

So when she prints to it via WiFi to a IP port, not WSD, it prints, but then Windows shows it as failed to print in the spooler box, she has to delete it from there to print again.

I have tried deleting and adding the printer again and even restart the spooler service.

Help, and thanks all.

Hi Dan,

I think it's better if you could install latest Windows patches and latest printer driver/software( which match with that printer.)
Then check the status.
