Printer spool error
Hi, I have a client that at her home office has a Widows 10 home computer and an HP Office Jet 8700 or so.
So when she prints to it via WiFi to a IP port, not WSD, it prints, but then Windows shows it as failed to print in the spooler box, she has to delete it from there to print again.
I have tried deleting and adding the printer again and even restart the spooler service.
Help, and thanks all.

Double check what the error is reported on the printer?
Which driver is loaded HP a universal driver?
Is she printing PDF files via Edge browser or image files via the default image viewer app in Windows 10?

I think it's better if you could install latest Windows patches and latest printer driver/software(
which match with that printer.
Then check the status.
This is the best money I have ever spent. I cannot not tell you how many times these folks have saved my bacon. I learn so much from the contributors.
No error on the printer and yes it’s HP’s
Harjit, its even if I do a test print.
HDHondt, no I didn’t do that Ill try that.
I did do all the Windows updates.
Did you try it by changing Print Spooler service recovery option(set it to restart the service) ?
Udara, I didn't but I watched the service and it didnt fail.
