Teltonika RUT955 Router blocking port 955

I just purchased and installed a Teltonika RUT955 router so that I can use my T-mobile bandwidth as a backup source when my local wifi goes down.  Everything seems to have installed and I can browse the web with no problem but my email stopped working.  My email is through GoDaddy using secureserver.net and uses SSL/TLS and port 995.

I am using Thunderbird as an email client and a window pops up that says: Sending of password for user eric@xlabs.com did not succeed. Mail server pop.secureserver.net responded: Authentication failed.

When I close that pop-up window I get another one prompting me for my email password.

Does that mean that it is connecting to the port but maybe the encryption is not working?

Thanks for any help!

Based on the error message it appears that communication is taking place and isn't being blocked outright.

Typically if it were being blocked you'd get a connection timeout or reset error.

I read GoDaddy can automatically flag email accounts that it suspects are under attack, etc., with the solution being to reset your main GoDaddy admin password.  Read about that here.
The message "Mail server pop.secureserver.net responded: Authentication failed" suggests...

1) The connection was attempted + made progress.

2) Then something failed during the connection.

Look through your router config looking for your HTTPS (port 443) setup, then make sure you POP3S (port 995) setup matches.

Or if there's a way to disable all firewall rules (open all port) try this also + if it works, you know it's the router having a problem.

If the problem persists (with all ports open) something else is wrong.
