Would greatly appreciate if someone could please assist with the following sheet:
I have :
- A list of categories in column 'a' - Category A, Category B & Category C
- Amounts in column 'b'
I need to use (sorry, not sure which!) I think Sub Total or Consolidate Data function of Google Sheets to:
the amounts for Category A, Category B & Category C
in cells E4, E5 & E6
Hoping you can assist, thanks so much in advance!
PS - and if there are many 'Categories' - can the formula please get all of the description and put them in Column D?
