VBA/VB.net - Code to reposition monitors

I would like to have code, or a link to relevant system commands, which would allow me to play with windows on multiple monitors. The specific issue I am looking for is:

Repositioning the secondary monitors with respect to the primary monitor

Currently I have found GetSystemMetrics() which returns the positions but cannot find how to control them.
