Outlook 2016 or 2019 search not working with Exchange Server 2019
I am running an Exchange 2019 server. My Clients are Outlook 2019 running on Windows 10. It seems the search function is no longer working property. The search function works fine if using Outlook 2013. However using Outlook 2016 or 2019 .Gives the following error : "We're having trouble fetching results from the server"
If Cached mode in Outlook is turned off the search works better in the mail boxes but not like it does in Outlook 2013.
Also the public folder search does not work properly at all in either mode.
Please advise

Hi Alan,
What is the CU# on the server?
Latest CU fixed this if this is only issue with 2016/2019 outlook versions.

Server was at CU3. Updated to CU5. Problem is still there. Still looking for a solution.
