Not only do i have some generic inboxes (no-reply, sales etc) that i need to manage, i have about 50 end users who often need me to help them find an email or fix a outlook rule etc. &nbsp;Is it possible to grant permissions to all users &nbsp;or do i need to do it individually.

Individually only. And you probably dont need these permissions to be applied all the time, so only add them when the need arises as a best practice.
