vSAN - Move VMs to other hosts

Hi,

I am running using vSphere Client version 6.7.0.44000, I need to perform some maintenance on a host in a vSAN 3 host cluster.
How can I move the VMs to the other two host using vMotion, I want to move all the VMs to the other host so I can patch the server?
I cant see a way of pick which host I want the VMs to

When you right click vm => migration ? you don't see the migration wizards ?

yes I do, on storage vMotion I see vSAN, but I want to be able to pick the hosts that the VM file will be on.
I want the VM to be on host 1 and host 2 (raid 1 storage policy). Is this possible or does vSAN pick automatically?

Or is this down when I put the host into maintenance and select the evacuation?
