Galaxy Tab with casing recommendations

I'm looking for Galaxy Tab models that support

a) a Pen/stylus (can be original Samsung or compatible)
b) support a SIM slot so that can make/receive calls and SMS

Heard that Tab A 10.1 could even allow the installed apps
to move to is SD card?  Any other Tab models support this
feature?

screen size of 8" to 11"  is Ok for me.

Also recommend casings with keyboard (previously I had
a soft rubbery keyboard that could be rolled but it's very
bad: hard to type & not sensitive at all

Can elaborate the steps under  Settings   to move apps (including
already installed apps) to SDcard?  Any free apps to do this as well?

Any fine-tipped stylus that works for both iPad & Tabs?

One last question:

I got one such pen from Baseus & my kid find that it's not "palm-proof")
ie whenever she rest her palm  on the iPad, the pen doesn't work.

Guess her palm/hand is capacitive: is the original pen/pencil from
Apple  "palm-proof" & can recommend any such pen out there that
is palm-proof?

Hope that she doesn't have to wear a non-capacitive glove to
overcome this or how does users out there overcome this?
