Don't you use a backup service for your VMs? If you do a simple Bare Metal restore could do the trick :)

I have them on google storage  as compressed vhdx
As google who manage their datacenters by creating snapshots or mine by creating disk image file and transfer it to google storage.
What about of tools as azure migrate that can do migration online by pointing source and destination?

I haven't used that personally.
Maybe someone who has can help here or I'm sure MS can help if you open a service request with them.
