Microsoft exchange 2016 rpc client access service wouldn't start
..Error -Microsoft Exchange RPC service manager encountered an unexpected error while starting. Error details: Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Exchange.RpcCli entAccess. Server, Version=15.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad3 64e35' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

Did you recently update the server?

Last update was over a month ago and there has been no issue since. All Exchange services running as expected.All of a sudden multiple services stopped and mailboxes inaccessible
What do you get when you try to open

Please take a copy of SharedWebConfig.config which is located in the below folder.
%ExchangeInstallPath%Clien tAccess
And make sure href is existing as below. This may change if you install Exchange in a different location.

Yes the specified parameter exist as below. Any pointer as to what might be causing the the "Exchange RPC Clients Access Service" and Exchange Transport Service not to start will be greatly appreciated

Ive resolved the issue by upgrading to the latest CU. Thanks for your help.
