Windows 10 gaming laptop Blue Screen of Death minidump analysis request
Greetings wise wizards of EE:
I'm helping a friend with his son's gaming laptop... the manufacturer eludes me... with an intel i7 processor and 16 GB of RAM... I gave his machine a tune-up, and discovered two instances of malware which I removed via Malwarebytes. All seemed well.
A few days ago his rebellious son reported that the dreaded Blue Screen of Death appeared on his machine, a few days after I returned his machine. The son reported it happened while trying to download and install a new game.
I coaxed them to send me the minidump files that were recorded, and are attached to this inquiry... I now request an analysis of the minidump files. Though I am grateful for any response, I would ask specifically for an analysis of the attached minidump file, rather than just general maintenance or security advice, so that I can tackle the problem directly.
i agree, the first 2 report memory related problems he can test with one stick at the time, if he has 2 installed

Greetings Kimputer & Nobus:
Many thanks for your rapid & helpful replies... it makes perfect sense, as I just installed a new module from Crucial... perhaps it was a troubled module out of the box.
Thanks for cutting to the chase to provide the solution. May the wind be at your back and take care,
