Transpose multiple call signs to correspond with code.

Excel worksheet;
Column A contains a code number in each row
Column B contains several call signs separated by a comma corresponding to the code number.
Objective:
script to separate each call sign against the code as per example in columns C and D.

Greg, I used Power Query which is now part of Excel if your Excel is more recent than 2010.  If you can see the "Workbook Query" on the right of my answer, that is where the work was done.  You should learn the tool as it is fairly easy to use, and very powerful for transforming data.  There are videos on the internet under "Power Query".  

The good news is you can add more rows to the data you provided me, and right-click the "Result Table" and select Refresh and the data will update for the new rows.  Thanks for the points.
