Exchange 2013 Corrupted Arbitration Mailbox

I'm getting an error when I update the GAL and it points to a Microsoft Exchange Approval Assistant SystemMailbox.  I've researched how to recreate the mailbox from

 https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/architecture/mailbox-servers/recreate-arbitration-mailboxes?view=exchserver-2019

On closer inspection in the AD I have actually found 2 Microsoft Exchange Approval Assistants and I'm wondering if this is common.  From the website, I gathered I should only have 1.  The second one has no issues.

I'm looking for assistance with re-creating the bad approval assistant.  Has anyone done this before.  What dangers might I be looking at.  If not done incorrectly will I lose my exchange system?  Thanks for any advice and guidance anyone could give.User generated image

Please run this command.
Get-User | Where-Object {$_.Name -like "SystemMailbox{1f05a927-7709-4e35-9dbe-d0f608fb781a}"} | Enable-Mailbox -Arbitration

If you could not create delete the user "SystemMailbox{1f05a927-7709-4e35-9dbe-d0f608fb781a}" from ADUC and run the below command
Setup /preparead /IAcceptExchangeServerLicenseTerms

ASKER

I was able to run the first command without any errors.  Did not run the second command since there were no errors.   Still getting the same corruption message as in original post jpg.
