Correct ? <br><br>

Azure Domain Name in the Free Trial Version<br />

this question is with no knowledge how Azure cloud works.<br />
<br />
If I understand when subscribing to Azure with free trial, it will create a domain name for you : Something.onmicrosoft.com<br />
I would like to know if that name space (Something.onmicrosoft.com<wbr />) will be registered in Public DNS automatically after I do the free trial subscription.<br />
with the free trial if I try to sync between my on Premise Active Directory and Azure AD will that work ? <br />
