The perfect mouse
I'm looking for a mouse that will function as a mouse when it is being moved around next to my keyboard with my right hand.
R1. This means that the mouse needs to have an infrared light on the bottom but the shape of the mouse is really unimportant. If it were shaped like a standard desktop mouse but still met all the requirements R1-R3, then it would still work.
R2. It should function completely detached with no dongle required.
R3. It should function as a power-point presenter with a built-in laser included.
This item on Amazon is close but doesn't appear to meet requirement number one.

Assistance is greatly appreciated.

it connects to a laptop if it's Bluetooth, it won't require a dongle.

that might be it if we can find it on Amazon. It says it's out of stock
The Lenovo one on my second post ?
>> if it's Bluetooth, it won't require a dongle. << no - but the receiver is built-into the laptop

the Lenovo one looks like it might work. it has a dongle though and I would prefer to avoid that unless it's stores on the mouse itself.
it might help if you explain why you don't want a dongle
