Outlook 365 wont update Inbox Folder but all are fine.

Im running Outlook installed locally on my PC and it connects to my Office365 mailbox but for some strange reason, the Inbox will not update but all other folders do.

Things Ive tried.
Changing from cache mode to online mode works but Outlook becomes sluggish.
Deleted all profile and then created a new profile, this works but when it gets to Saturday, it stops working - I know weird. Ive done that process twice and when I power on my PC Monday morning, nothing is in my inbox - last item is Saturday - log into OWA and can see all the emails after Saturday right up until Monday all fine.
Tried deleted all the OSTs and then create a new mailbox profile - this works short term but as above - it comes to Saturday and thats it.

Any ideas on this?
