When you say RES what product do you mean? The Workspace Manager, or the equivalent Ivanti UWM stuff?

Yes, RES WorkSpace Manager.

Sorry can't help then, not familiar with how it saves the profiles. If it writes to a filesystem in the same way a standard profile does, then it simply becomes a question of copying it to the folder that the Citrix UPM policy indicates should be used.

However, a point worth making is that in any profile migration, it is often better to bring across specific required files only and leave all of the accumulated cruft behind.

I am very doubtful you can migrate the individual settings (what color border on Office etc.) for the users. The files etc. you would need to find where does RES store them, so you can migrate them. I think it is possible to run both, so you could possibly find a way to script a move or something. You might want to engage a partner who knows both RES and Citrix UPM that will help you.

Yes Richard. You exactly came to the point. i.e you explained my ask.

I need some tool or ready-to-use script which can do it.

Unfortunately, I do not believe that such a tool or script exists. Like my friend James, I am not well versed in RES software, but a quick search has not resulted in any good answers. I still think your best bet would be to find a partner who knows RES and Citrix.
