I want to have an app on my network where my 10 employees can save or upload word documents, excel spreadsheets, etc to this app and then specify 1) which users can open and read it 2) which users can open and modify it, 3) which users can print it 4) which users can delete it. ETC.
I'd also like to be able to go back to previous versions of the document.
Can I get some app recommendations?
Another question: Is this called a CMS? or a DMS? Or Sharepoint? or Alfresco?
