How to use Lookup transformation for Varchar(Max) columns in SSIS Package?

In SSIS Package doing incremental data loading, Lookup transformation is used for updating the data. Lookup columns is giving error for VARCHAR(MAX) column. Cannot map the Lookup column because the column data type is a BLOB. How to use lookup transformation for varchar(Max) column? I am not able to change the table field type as the column is having more than 12000 characters.
