Have user that trying to access Outlook get the following error:

Something is wrong with one of your data files.  Outlook needs to close.  Outlook might be able to fix your file.  Click OK to run the inbox repair tool.

Hit on to run Repair tool (scanpst)  run the fix then get the following error message:

An error has occured which caused the scan t6o be stopped.  No changes have been made to the scanned file.

A corrupted PST file is preventing you from opening Outlook. So first, open Control Panel -> Mail -> Data Files -> remove the PST file from the list.
Then run scanpst.exe to fix this PST file.
