Dear Experts, we are configuring Veritas 2020 backup for our DC and have some questions. Veritas was installed in Backup server (domain-joined) and running as Domain Administrator. Can you kindly suggest?<br />
<br />
1. Configure network storage:<br />
- I tried but could not configure the shared network storage (NAS synology device), even when the NAS was joined domain ?<br />
- If I configure the shared folder (of other domain-joined PC) as network storage, it is ok to read/write to that storage<br />
- Can I configure the NAS device as storage without joining it to the domain?<br />

2. SQL database backup<br />
- Can I restore the backed up SQL DB to the discrete location (different place than other SQL server)?<br />

Veritas troubleshoot
