Can't send e-print job. Error 550 5.7.1
I have an e-printer in my office that I would like my staff to be able to send print jobs to through email. I have external vendors that send to this printer, but somehow I cant get my own staff to be able to. I believe it has to do with either DMARC, DKIM of SPF. I have followed all instructions and set them up but still nothing.

Haha, nada.
A 550 5.7.1 commonly refers to the IP, that is sending the email, currently is blocked from the recipients email service. It is normally blocked because the IP, at one point in time, was used to send spam to the recipients IP. If this example is the case, the recipients email service blocks the IP from future spam and notifies any senders with a 550 – 5.7.1kick-back somewhere in the returned email.

@david I understand that so what you are saying is HP would have blocked my company's' IP address? We have never used this service before just trying to set it up.
I would need to reach out to HP then?

You've followed this to set up eprint?

Yes, I have vendors that print to this printer in my office from overseas. I have their email addresses added to the printer giving them access and it works great. They had to do some config on their DNS servers for DMARC/DKIM/SPF but got it working.. but for some reason I can't get my own to work.
