Are you trying to add that machine to a specific OU that you don't have rights to?<br />
Check AD and to verify that machine has no presence, if it does delete the computer object.<br />

Try adding that machine to DefaultComputers OU in your task sequence<br />

Fair enough...do a find in AD for the same computer name and delete it if you find it.

While checking the Word document, I noticed there is a space at DomainAdminDomain. I am not sure if this can make a difference.

I try to install Win 10 using MDT and make the computer join a domain.  After pushing down the image, I found the Win 10 computer doesn't join domain (Windows 2012 domain).
