what would you like to know ?
Philip Elder

With @Andrew. What do you need to know?

If you've worked with the product for at least 3 months setting it up and managing it the exam is fairly straightforward.

There are some things like the 3-2-1 and GFS (Grandfather/Father/Son) rules that are theory and are required knowledge.
