Exchange Admin Center missing from Office 365

Exchange Admin Center missing from Office 365

In Office 365 console when I go to "All Admin Centers", I do not see Exchange Admin Center,
a


however I still can access it directly if I go to:
https://outlook.office365.com/ecp/

What admin roles in O365 does the account you're signed have? Does it have Global Administrator or Exchange Administrator?

Also, does the same happen if you login to the O365 admin center with an inprivate/incognito browser window?

Have you tried a different browser to see if its the same issue? Also in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, disable using the new admin console.

Is this a New Tenant?
I have seen this happen to new tenants after a few days. It gets sorted after a couple of days.

I tried Firefox, Internet Explorer , the same thing.
I gave user Exhange Admin Role, then logged in to office 365 as that user, but still cannot see the Exchange Admin console

It is the same thing.

I am thinking if it is related to the license types you have.......Though I believe I used to see Exchange/Sharepoint/Lync admin centers.
for the licenses I have

no license no mailbox
just trying to have an idea how office 365 works. I can assign  Roles so far that's about it.
