O365 Migration Failing, not an accepted domain

Hi, I am having a weird issue with migrating a mailbox to Office 365. We are a hybrid environment and in the process of migrating all mailboxes off prem to O365. I ran into an issue with one user where i received an office 365 Error: MigrationPermanentException: You can‎'t use the domain because it‎'s not an accepted domain for your organization. --> You can‎'t use the domain because it‎'s not an accepted domain for your organization.  This has happened before and I went and removed the domain in question, ran adconnect sync and ran the migration again and it was fine. Not this time. I am still getting the same error even though i cannot find any traces of the domain that caused it to fail. I have run the migration 4 times and still fails with the same error.  Waiting to hear back from MS Support escalation. Any insight is greatly appreciated.
