office outlook wont connect to onsite exchange 2016 due to the user having a seprate onmicrosoft.com account used to login in to a CRM account
we have a issue where when we have Migrated some users from exchange 2010 to exchange 2016 we cant connect the mail box to outlook, the issue appears is that these people use a crm account that uses a onmicrosoft.com account and when you trey to connect their office outlook it trys to force you to logon to the onmicrsoft.com account and then fails.
other users with out a CRM account are fine.
