I am the owner of an office and use O365 Outlook. So, everyone's emails are located there. I have an employee who is leaving.
I am advising her to go through her Documents folder and another other folder which may have things she needs to take with her or in case I delete them. I usually just inactivate the account rather than delete it completely.
I am not big on keeping their emails. Is there a way for her to download all of her email before she leaves and then delete the emails on O365?
