how to read data from a hard drive of an laptop that doesn't work anymore.

i have a lenovo yoga 2 pro laptop, which doesn't work anymore. I opened it up and took out the hard drive.

to be able to read the data off the hard drive , i need to buy a docking station or some kind of reader but not sure which one will work because of the size.

i do have a docking station for a desktop hard drive, but it doesn't work as it the laptop hard drive doesn't fit.

i have attached a picture of it. any ideas? User generated image

@Christian KAZADi  - thanks. is this considered  SATA III Hard Drive? I'm asking because , i have a docking station which supports all 2.5" and 3.5" SATA HDD & SSD.
but this docking station doesn't work for the drive in the picture  ,i posted.

update - i think this one is called mini sata. is there a reader for this?

@Dr Klan - thank you very much. I did so much research on how to get data off of this drive. i looked online to see if they have it in best buy or amazon , but i don't know enough about these things. I can probably take it to geek squad or something.
update - i saw this, but not sure if any like this will work.

Hi,

Dr. Klan is right, please use an adaptor where MSata adaptor is specified so if it does not work, you can claim a refund.

Thank you @Dr.Klan. I focused on shape of the disk instead reading specification

@mikha:
The one that Dr.Klan suggested should work (as he said, assuming mSata, which that does appear to be), but you have to install it inside a computer or also use the sort of adapter that Christian identified.

The one you found should work all by itself through a computer's USB port.
I have a lots of laptop disk that I convert it as an external disk. You just need a cable that can read that disk to USB.
It is just like USB converter, that's how I read all  my internal drives from the any laptop disk.
