I have a Cisco Anyconnect VPN user who's laptop has gotten out of sync with the Windows network somehow, and is no longer letting him log into his desktop as himself. I've seen this before occassionally, and the only way I've been able to fix it for the yuser is to have them come in to the office and log on to the local network, to sync the laptop SAM with the network SAM. This user is in Michigan however, and due to Covid restrictions, he's not able to travel. I've researched this about 10 years ago, and do not remember an easy fix for it. Are there any ways that anyone knows for re-syncing a remote laptop to a network thru a VPN connection?
