I have a branch office with a Konica Minolta BizHub 751. They changed ISPs and it appears now the scan to email is broken. The SMTP destination is smtp.office365.com:587 and set for SMTP over SSL.
The printer scanner just gives a "failed" message.
I was able to do a packet capture on the port and the destination is being resolved by DNS and TCP is communicating successfully such that the conversation ends in a TCP FIN. I have no idea what
could be failing.
If a test is run from a PC to Office365 it works no problem. Any suggestions as to getting the scan to email working?
