Scan to O365 Email - Branch Office

I have a branch office with a Konica Minolta BizHub 751. They changed ISPs and it appears now the scan to email is broken. The SMTP destination is and set for SMTP over SSL.
The printer scanner just gives a "failed" message.

I was able to do a packet capture on the port and the destination is being resolved by DNS and TCP is communicating successfully such that the conversation ends in a TCP FIN. I have no idea what
could be failing.

If a test is run from a PC to Office365 it works no problem. Any suggestions as to getting the scan to email working?
