Remote user sometimes gets disconnected when using Remote Desktop to their work machine.
I've had this happen to myself as well as some of my coworkers. The problem seems to happen when at home connected via our Cisco ASA's VPN and then we also use Windows Remote Desktop to connect to a PC at the office. It seems that if that Office PC has a lot of stuff open, typically Autocad products, that after a short amount of time, the connection is severed and then refused for a period of time before it's connectable again. I've also had this happen to me when NOT using the Remote Desktop but I'm trying to download a large file from my work PC across the VPN to home... usually close to a GB or more.
VPN is via a Cisco ASA 5525 version 9.2(2)4.
The problem seems to be some sort of Data limiting issue. Any suggestions as to where to look?
