Using Copyrighted Music In Video Background

Last Modified: 2020-07-26
Hello,

If I want to use a famous song in one of my videos that will posted on Instagram, the music is copyrighted and will lead to block my video because it is violation of copyrights.

But if I use a software that converts songs into melodies, will that refrain me from violating any copyrights? I want to use the song “Can’t take my eyes off of you” and not necessarily the original song, so what if I convert that into just music melody?

Thank you,
