Cost of virtual workstations on Azure
I'm new to Azure and I'm working with a CSP. They told me that a virtual workstation costs the same as a virtual server. If this were the case, it seems to me that would make even small deployments very expensive.
According to this article workstations are a lot less expensive https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/details/virtual-machines/windows/
Am I missing something or is the CSP wrong?

So the price for a VM running Windows 10 is the same as a VM running Server 2019 assuming all specs are the same?
The workstations will just be used for Office, documents and a small application that connects to the server. Would a B1MS: 1 core 2 GB RAM be enough?

These are the Azure components that factor into the price of a Windows Virtual Desktop deployment.
Btw. use Azure calc to calculate the price.
