Tried your link, doesn't work for Edge or Chrome; display "invalid".

Will keep searching

It looks like this. Can also be searched in Google by name in Chrome: Playlist Search for YouTube Chrome Extension or navigating in their web store.

Darn. Mine stopped working — I hadn’t used in a while. :( I removed it. I tried reloading mine, but it still doesn’t work anymore. I just saw some review comments that it’s completely buggy now.

I’m still tinkering with it, but I found one option at the below forum. It only activates on Liked Playlists pages.  I had to install Tapermonkey in Chrome and then install the script. It seems you have to go into settings > add the URLs you want (my liked playlist section) to the user includes portion under the dashboard of the Tapermonkey extension and then refresh after each add. It doesn’t seem to work on all pages of YouTube. Might be worth a try though.

Otherwise, it seems others are just using Ctrl + F to search.

Thank u very much for your help.  But None of my playlist videos are likes; means I have to thru all the vids to click Like in order to work - not something time at hand to do.  I am looking for a less complicated way to go about searching within my playlist.

How many playlists is a lot? Would you be able to go to your Library and click show more a few times under the Playlist category to show all your videos, then use Ctrl + F to find on the page?

If you use the app on iPad or iPhone you'll be restricted to the interface the app provides.

To be clear, you're looking for a way to find your Playlists in YouTube right? Not a specific video inside a playlist?

That's what I do in my browser, click to display all library, then CTRL-F, but in my iPhone, there is no way.

Yes, I am looking for a way to find your Playlists in YouTube (apps and easier way in browser)

This appears to be an alternative to Ctrl + F  for iPhones where you launch the Safari app browser version and use the Share Menu > Scroll down to Find on Page. You must remove the YouTube app to do so though it looks like so it doesn’t default to that. If you use Chrome you could also try Find on page with the three dots menu too.

in mobile chrome https://m.youtube.com/user/YOURGOOOGLEACCOUNT/playlists

takes me to a full listing of my playlists and the 3 dots menu has an option to Find In Page. If you open that link in mobile Safari and follow Jazz's suggestion to go to the share menu and Find on Page is there you can search your playlists.

To get to the playlists manually go to YouTube.com in your browser, click your avatar in the upper right then click Your Channel. Playlists will be a tab you can select there

Yes, when I need to search thru my playlist in my iPhone I go thru safari.

I really was hoping a solution for the iPhone apps.

I am still searching, but all points to that there is no way search within the playlist add-on Playlist Search for YouTube referred by jazz

the iOS apps are developed by Google, I highly doubt there is any way to modify them.

you could always put on a feature request to Google on their support forums or give feedback about the app and hope it gets added in a future update

By the way, I was able to get that other script and the Tapermonkey extension to work on non-liked Playlists in Chrome, but you have to click on View Full Playlist or head there via a bookmark shortcut to that page and then it pops up.

Here are the steps I took:
1. Install the Tapermonkey extension from the Google Web Store:
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/tampermonkey/dhdgffkkebhmkfjojejmpbldmpobfkfo?hl=en
2. Install the Script:
https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/14370-youtube-playlist-search
3. Click Install on that script page > double click if it appears at the bottom of Chrome > continue through with the installation prompt
4. Once the script is installed you should see it by clicking the Tapermonkey extension upper right hand corner  > Click Dashboard

5. Go to your Library in YouTube > View Full Playlist (I would recommend just bookmarking it and adding it as a shortcut in the Chrome menu)
6. You should then see the search appear in the upper right hand corner on your Playlist page like so:

Note: To add or try more URLs to the extension > Go to the Dashboard > Click on YouTube Playlist Search directly > Click Settings > Add them to User Includes section

Unfortunately, for the iPhone I don’t believe another way exists currently as Martin mentioned. It would have to be a feature request.

Yeah, I haven't found anything - but as u guys said, use a browser in the iPhone for similar properties as in a PC.
(will search a bit still)
