I don't want to have to use some hacking tool. I was hoping for an easy GPO we could push out. Thanks for your input. I'll leave the question open a little longer just to see if anyone has found any creative ways to deal with this.

My organization uses Bitlocker on all our devices, and for good reason - just in the past week we've had two laptops stolen from employees.<br />

Is there a way to edit that initial Bitlocker screen and put something like &quot;Notice: This computer is the property of _____&quot; or something along those lines? We'd like to make it more difficult for thieves to take it straight to a pawn shop.

The device can be powered either from a rechargeable battery or by mains electricity from an AC adapter.
