I checked the &nbsp;org limit is set to maxrecipients per message : 500 in my exchange 2016 environment through get-transportconfig<br />

I also checked default connector set to MaxRecipientsPerMessage &nbsp; :5000”<br />

an email was sent from internal exchange user to 900 users in same organization, we found the the sender( internal exchange user) &nbsp;receipients limit =500<br />

so does the individual limit should take precedence when sent from a mailbox , or can he still send 900 emails?
