Transfer SharePoint Foundation 2013 to SharePoint O356

We are currently running a small SharePoint site on SharePoint Foundation 2013. I have backed up the site to a backup file and would like to restore it to a Office 365 SharePoint site.
Is this possible and if so, how can I do this?

It is not possible to restore a SharePoint backup to an Office 365 SharePoint site. You mention that you have a small site. One possibility, if it is primarily documents just manually copy (move) your files.
