Site mailboxes are being <a href="https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/SharePoint-Blog/Deprecation-of-Site-Mailboxes/ba-p/93028" rel="ugc">deprecated</a> in SharePoint. Site mailboxes still have support by Microsoft in the new SharePoint O365 / SharePoint Server 2019 release, but you should explore <a href="https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/email/create-a-shared-mailbox?view=o365-worldwide" rel="ugc">shared mailboxes</a> as an alternative to site mailboxes.

Thank you all.<br>I have a Discussion board that I want to be able to be able to accept emails at add them to the list? Is that still possible? I do not have Azure, just O365 online.&nbsp;

Not sure if that is possible... You could consider using Teams groups as a workaround, maybe?<br><br>

How do I enable Incoming emails on SharePoint O365

Microsoft Sharepoint is a software platform and family of software products used for collaboration and web publishing combined. SharePoint has a Microsoft Office-like interface, and it is closely integrated with the Office suite.
