Outlook losing connection when on Sonicwall VPN

Hi everyone,

Having an issue where offsite users are getting disconnected from our exchange server while connected over VPN using Sonicwalls global VPN client. I cannot locate where the issue is I have updated the global client and Outlook to 2019.  If I open Outlook first over the WAN and then connect the VPN it works and stays connected.  Our Exchange server is 2013?
